on the metal peice that the speaker goes on to put ethier weather stripping or thicker 2 sided tape,3m works good, this helps reduce rattles

I believe there's already something behind the speakers that acts as an enclosure for the 6x9s. If not, you might as well put one in yourself. It's some kind of stiff foam (could be dynamat; i've never used it before) in an open end box shape between the quarterpanel and the speaker mount frame.

I'm not sure if these are on the 92z, but my car has plastic pieces in the doorwell that will rattle with new, bassier 6x9s. When you open the driverside door, look at the rightside doorwell where the latch and lock mechanisms connect to the car. It looks something like a rectangular vent. You'll want to put some kind of deadening material around this piece as well.

I'm really not sure... see if anyone is parting out their car and get it from them, or you try building one yourself.

crossover

What i did to cut the rattle was to use a high pass crossover, although i have a sub for the bass. but if you just want the mid/high frequencies thats what i would do.
