I'm not really sure how many people here use Focal. Ask around on fbodyaudio.com, you'll find much more information there. =)

I just installed a set of Focal polykevlar 165K2 2 way components and I like em alot.. They are very clear and I have yet to hear distortion from them.. I don't really have any basis for comparsion to other brands because I haven't heard anyone else's components, but I would defintely buy these again if I needed components..

focals are some of the best of the best, speaker-wise. if you have a chance, try to do a side-by-side listening. that way you know which you like better. unless you're going with inifinity perfects, go for the focals.

well I was going ot go all infinity. kappa perfect 12" subs, and kappa series 6.5" components, and 6x9's. but then I've heard focal is like THE best, and IMO kappas are very close to best. so I was just thinking bout the focals instead.

I have the infinitys (White ones not the green kappas) and they are awesome....Since the kappas are a step up i would imagine they sound even better

wow. With a system like that you could easily spend more on your system than you did on your car.

I would go focal. I would be careful when people say something is the best . It usually means they own it and like bragging... But focals and infinitys are both good brands, you would be happy with either one blah blah, I would pick the Focals. Ive only heard them on a store demo board but they are definately worth the 200+. have you thought about what amp you want to power them?
