How do I go about making the top?

How do I go about making the top?
Well my box is ready for the top, how do I go about it.
I dont wanna use fleece. Women's store... lol no thanks.
I'm thinking I can make a mold out of Tin Foil that is taped up to hold the mold. and then pay glass inside the mold.
Whut u guys think?

Should I down-Fire the subs? I think it looks cool and its not common.

well i just made the top outa wood then glassed it on for now..

You cold get a sheet of real dark tinted plexi. Put a black light in there.
Or just what your doing now should work. How much does it weigh? You can use a fishing scale to weigh it like I did. Thats how I found out I had sanded about 3lbs off the box. That is a lot of sanding.
