For X-mas I am getting the 6x9 Infinity Reference 6952i. I have to replace my head unit, becuase it is the stock one... yuck... anyways.. (1) what is the best cd changer (preferably with the fold down), for under 200 or so... also (2)what 4x6 speakers are good. I was good clarity and decent bass... sicne i wont be able to get a sub for a while.
::I dont know much about speakers::
thanks in advance

infinity speakers are great sound quality, but you might want to consider getting a set of kick panels and mounting some (infinity
) components in them.. a friend of mine has some reference 5.25 infinity components, run off deck power, and they produce an atonishing amount of bass for not having any sort of subwoofer, or amplifier.. cant go wrong with infinity

yea my friend has infinity kappas in his IROC...i helped him put it in and when we first listened to them we were surprised how much midbass you can get out of them....they sound really nice if you cant get any subs but....kick panels are a MUST if you want bass without subs cause the 4x6's just arent gonna cut it up front and 6x9's dont really push out that much bass.

oh yea....pioneer also makes some decent speakers and their head units (cd players) are pretty respectable too..other good brands for head units are alpine, rockford (i have one..and theyre a plesant change from everyone and their brothers pioneer), clarion, JVC...but alot of people have Alpine and Pioneer because after all, theyre quality and reliable. by the way..where in jersey are you from? im in the Clark/Westfield area..im 16 too..its good to see someone else my age into good cars
