Question About Amp????
Im havin one of my freinds build a Custom Box and put 2 MTX Audio 10's in it....I was wondering what i should run for an Amp???I really have no clue bout Audio.....Im a Mechanic....

Thanks SubZero....The speakers came out of my freinds '96 Nissan P/U....He had 1100 watts and a 200 watt capacitor....I was just wonderin what would be good for my car.....

if those subs are rated at that wattage i would suggest a higher power amp than I previously suggested.Go with a 200x2 or something a bit higher along those lines or get one that is bridgeable to 2 ohms at that power output.

i'll second the JBL amps. 600.1 or 1200.1 if you wanna go nuts. tons of power for little price. and havent heard a single complaint about em yet.

i'l third the JBL 600.1 or 1200.1. I have the 1200.1 powering 2 Alpine 10s and they're unbelievable... definately a cheap way to get tons of reliable power. and they're stable down to 1ohm
