Thinking of getting a single 10 of either of these, Asking for advice on either of those. And help on an amp to power.
Thanks fellas
EDIT: Please no Rockford flaming, I'm looking for advice for amps. or which is better. I've seen other posts just get killed with people bashing Rockford.
The only reason I'm going with Rockford, is cause I dont order stuff over the internet, and my selection at home is limited.
Also.. please dont kill me. Anyone have a good combo of some MTX stuff, minus the retard stuff pls
Thanks fellas

i would go with the HX2, run it in the biggest ported box you can manage with about 1200 watts.
a JBL 1200.1 is worth looking into for power...you'll probably have to get a higher output alternator to run the amp at full power
but i wouldnt expect very good SQ out of those subs. I played around with power HX2s for about two months, making many many different boxes and their SQ is non-existent. However they can get quite loud in the right box
