RCA's fall off head unit - solution?

My RCA's seem to come loose and fall out, at the connection at the back of the deck. The deck has the RCA's come out as cables, with about 6" of slack, then it connects to the RCA cables going to the rear.

Is there a solution? I figured if I epoxied them together, that would be bad 'cuz i'd never be able to remove it.
What i'm thinking now, is some 3/8" dual wall heat shrink. Connect 'em, heat shrink it, and it'll "glue" it together. If/when I have to remove it, an exacto should make short work of it.

I figured i'm probably not the first to have this problem, so I was wondering what others have done, perhaps a better method then what i'm thinking?

Thanks

On the male connector, just bend the outside ring inwards.

Yep, I would take a pair of pliers and bend the outside contacts in slightly then securely wrap them in black tape.

Same thing applies to the slip on Coax connectors for TVs, thats where I originally got the idea.
