Re: speaker boxes

The average box made for our car will take pretty much the whole well...

you should do a search to see how much room they take they pretty much all use about the same amount

Re: speaker boxes

you could take out your spare tire and run your bottle in there or run the bottle inbetween your rear seats...

Re: speaker boxes

Here are some pics 2 12's in my 87 Trans Am...

I'm going to put my bottle on the hump between the rear seats... and then in the future, maybe put it in the left hand section of the trunk (inside the panels) with a remote bottle opener...

Re: speaker boxes

looks can be Deceiving.....!!!

take kbcobra's pic for instance. Technically if your one of those folks that are constanltly turning switches and ***** on your amp then that same box and amp set up (more so the placement of the amp) is for you.

the deceiving part of it is this. Underneath the box you can mount the amp to the trunk floor to save space. ...... NOW u have space for a bottle!

mounting to the trunk floor does sound scary....so you can use a thick velcro or something to keep the amp in place. (?) <thats the only material i can think of right now...haha

but i will get some pics up of my setup.....i just moved to miami,FL so i gotta find the box i put my digital cam in.

Re: speaker boxes

you could also mount the amp in the spare tire bay, and have space for your bottle. Lol, a friend of mine took the rear seats out of his camaro and made a sub box for right behind the front seats so he could keep all his toold and stuff in his trunk, actually turned out pretty cool after he worked at it for like 5 months. ill get pics if i can...no camera lol.
