rear speakers mounts for convertible

Have an 87 convt The entire under panel area is stripped need mounts to put in new speakers anyone know where I can find

The convertible rear speakers get mounted to the back of the rear armrest panels.There is a piece of hard plastic cutout that mounts between the panel and the speaker
