Can Someone Recommend Me Some Amps???

I just bought 2 Rockford Fosgate RFZ2812 subs and I was just wondering if anyone else has these. If they do what amp did you get for them? Or can anyone recommend me some good amps or what size amps to look for? I'm not looking to spend too much on them cuz I'm on a tight budget. If possible if anyone has an amp for sale I'll buy it for the right price =)

profile is lame...

what is the RMS rating on those subs? i got a fosgate amp its a 120.2 and my pioneer premier, 300RMSx1 but i ran it parallel mono for 1 year on my old fosgate 15's, still in great running condition, has a scratch on it across the premier logo, but it pounds, ive always liked that amp, but my new system is all fosgate, cept head unit, cuz RF's heads suck *** ...

MTX is my favorite amp manufacturer. I have been using their amps for many years with no problems. I worked at Cicuit city for a few years any heard a lot of amps, the best I have heard have been the top line MTX amps. I dont like their moddle or low end stuff. Their amps out perform any pioneer including Premier, Kenwood, Alpine, and any cheap amp you can find(such as Profile). The cheaper amps that say they put out lots of watts suck. They distort badly, and the ratings you see are peak watts, not RMS. RMS is what you want with a low distortion.

I got the Profile 1200SX and it kicks a** for $350 from crutchfield but I can't find it on their site anymore. Gives massive bass but is big.
You might want to consider the 800SX they got it for $240.

What about those other brands on that website? Crunch? Power Acoustik? Or would my best bet be the Rockford Fosgate Punch 250.2 125W 2 channel amp? It's only 179 but so is that 760W Xplod amp. Someone please go to this site www.ikesound.com and go to Amplifiers... then all brands and check it out and please recommend me some off that site. Thanks in advance.

If it was me I would have to go with Hifonics, Audiobahn, or Fosgate. But that's just my opinion.

Ditto what REZN8R said. Kenwood and Pioneer are decent too. Look for brands somewhere around $1 per watt. A $1 watt sounds ALOT better (and may actually exist) compared to a $.15 watt.
