Little tip about confronting auto thieves...

Last year at about 3am I was sitting on my computer when some "hardcore thug" wannabe starts makin noise outside my house... So first thoughts was that someone was going for my car.. So anyways I hear the noise and jump up... I looked out the window but couldnt see anything because my car was parked with the driver side facing towards the house and the little ***** was on the passenger side... So anyways, I go sit back down and than I hear a loud bang, so im like whut the *** is goin on here... I look out again and I see a shadow on the ground... I grabbed my Easton Aluminum and ran outside like a son of a bitch... I flew at this ***** like a bullet, he saw me and tried to book, but I was too quick for his bitch ***, I noticed the door lock was popped while I was running by and wasnt goin to pay for the damage he caused (only had liability at the time).... I wasnt in arms reach to hit him so I smashed him in the side of the head with the bat... Ive never seen a ***** drop so quick in my life.... This dude was out cold... At first I thought I killed him with the blow to the head and was like ****, whut the hell am I gunna do with him.... I was thinkin crazy.. Than a few seconds later noticed him trying to move around.... Well anyways, I called the po, and they showed up almost immediately... I ended up breaking his jaw, knocking out 3 teeth and he was bleeding and bruised pretty bad.... I explained everything to the cops, and told him that I was protecting my car.. The cops cuffed me and took me down to the station.... I ended up getting charged with assault with a weapon and the kid got driven to the hospital than home.. They said he learned his lesson by me assaulting him... It was total bull****... So my tip is, if yer gunna assault the little ***** who fugz with yer car, dont call the cops, do whut u gotta do and get rid of em or else you'll get the punishment for something that punk **** **** started... I told my buddies about it and they all thought it was funny so they pitched in and got me a personalized plate that said TUCHNDIE... Than 3 days later so biznatch came outta nowhere and I smashed into her at 80km and wrote the car off.... It was her fault and I got my IROC out of it...

Planning on dumping the body? Man, what in the HE!! were you smoking! What if there was more than one person out there and they could have had guns. Taking a chance on getting yourself killed over a stereo system is just plum stupid in the first place. You need to start thinking before you react. Very poor judgement IMO.

Dude, I live in the ghetto part of Hamilton.... There has been 2 murders in the last month... One of em was a buddy from skool Desmond Mingo... We dont take **** around here and everyone knows not to *** with my car, but this bitch thought I was nothing... And whuts with the "BS" signs? Im not gunna type up a story for the hell of it... Thats nothing compared to whut goes on around here... And no I wasnt fined.. I went to court and it was remanded for a second date and on the second date they dropped the charge... But the thing that pisses me off is that before this little incident I had no criminal record... Now im stuck with a criminal record and they have my prints n ****.. Doesnt compare to whut my bud James did... He got into a brawl with some dude he knew from awhile back and ended up beating the guy up.. So the guy came to his house the next night and slashed his tires... So James goes out, steals a Rustang, and sends the car into his house.... Now that is crazy... His house was on the corner and luckily it was late at night and no one was in the living room..... James got caught and is in jail for 14 months, gets out on March 7th..

sounds to me like the classic grade school bragging. just kiddin anyway i would have hit him and took off and called the cops and said there was someone in my driveway touching my car with a stick and while he was layin there u had nothin to worry bout. when the cops come say he tried to hit u with a stick and u dropped his @$$ like a turd. just remember to put the stick in the dudes hand before the cops show up.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!!! seriously 383smoka. A bat to the head will work more than a slap on the wrist IF they get caught. The Friday before this Christmas that just past my gf's car (94 Sunbird) was stolen out of our driveway. Then exactly one week later (FRI. night AGAIN!) the broke into my S10 that i had just bought 2 weeks before and destroyed my dash to steal my CD player. Of course the cops did NOTHING. Thank *** my Camaro and 72 Cutlass were sleeping soundly for the winter in the garage. I figured if i caught them, i'd throw them head first in to the stucco garage wall. The driveway is nice and icey and has lots of grooves. "sorry officer, he slipped when running away from me"

I know this is a tech board, but when i get the runaround from my local cops and insurance company, and they won't lift a finger, i'll gladyl take an assualt charge to teach these little bastards a lesson. After my experience, i learned that "this" being house break ins, car break ins/thefts and garage fires are COMMON is this area. So if the other tree hugging "hippies" n my area won't do anything, i'll protect my OWN property.

Bottom line, thanks for posting your story 383. It makes me feel good that the little bugger was caught, cause they weren't in our case.
