Choke problems

Can someone explain how to rewire an electric choke for my edelbrock? Preferably with stock wiring if I can find the wires.

The factory choke used a single-wire connection, with the grounding through the carb.

Edelbrock (and most aftermarket) use a two-terminal connection. Hook one to the factory wire (I don't recall its color off the top of my head), ground the other. Doesn't matter which terminal you use for which.
