I have a Edelbrock 600 cfm carbeurator, and yesterday while i was sitting at a stop sign it started almost liek lobing like the tach would be floating up and down through the 700-0 RPM range and then it owuld stall out. What would be the matter with my carb in this situation if its my carb at all thats giving me this problem.

 

It can be a lot of things, but if it the car was hot then you might of had fuel boiling in the lines or float bowls...

or maybe dirt in the idle air bleeds.
