anyone ever ran this setup before???

I am droppping my 406 in this week sometime and wanted to know if anyone has ran this setup before and if they had any problems or recommendations. car was originally an lg4 so it already had the mech pump on block with return line and the electric in tank booster. 650 holley dbl pumper for carb. I got a carter with return line and NO regulator is this OK???

Transmission: did it come with one, 4l60
Axle/Gears: They spin (most of the time)
what is the summit part # for the carter pump?

don't have it here off hand it was one that five7kid mentioned I beleive it is 4-6 psi. not positive though

if it is just a 4-6 psi and its not like a 3-15 it will probably be fine as long as it is enough pressure, i usually run my holley on about 8 psi

that what I kinda thought too but just checking. I got a brand new carter strip pump I was going to use but if I did I was going to weld in sump on the bottom of the tank and run new lines then I would need a regulator also. figured this way is alot easier. Thanks

The Carter p/n with return is M6626. I haven't heard of anyone using it with a pusher electric without a reg, however. I don't know any reason it wouldn't work.

what is the psi on the m6626? I kinda figured this 406 would need all it can get.

6.

6 is enough to run a 406. Volume is the issue with a bigger engine, not pressure.
