Don't have one, personally, but from what I understand of them theoretically, I'm not coming up with any reasons why it wouldn't work.

The fuel curve calibration of a "blow throu carb" is different enough to warrant building a specif carb for this application.
If this carb would be well matched to a N/A motor then there would be no need to offer such a special calibrated carb for blow thru application in the first place.
So... in a word ...no its not going to work well.
Since you don't have $$$ for the blower now, just get a carb that is well matched for the motor you will be running NOW and worry about the future, in the future.
if $$$'s are an issue, you want to have a engine/carb combo that is easy on fuel or you'll never manage to get the cash together for a blower, because it will all be going in the tank
When you do finally get the blower, sell the carb to someone else with a N/A motor and get a blow thru carb.
Whats the matter with using the carb off the motor that just came unglued?

The pull-through carbs need to have the power valve referenced to manifold vacuum/pressure.
As 'Bird said, it won't run as well NA because of calibration, but what I was trying to say is it will run.
Run well, no.
Run, yes.

If you're not going to take the advice, then why ask the question? If you have already spent $20k, then what is another $4k. Some how I feel you are exagerating what you have spent on the motor.
