I used a skip White for my swap. They're like $60 new on eBay.

Re: 3 port afpr?

So what's everyone doing with the delivery and return lines to the afpr? I'm pretty sure you have to keep the high pressure style connections for the delivery but what about the return? since it's only coming back at 3-5psi is there any reason why i couldn't use a 3/8 npt to barb fitting on the regualtor and just a piece of rubber hose with a hose clamp on the return line?

i have barbs going to and from the stock lines to the regulator. it is not the best way but works for now. i have AN line that i need to make to replace the rubber.

if you use rubber hose and clamps make sure you use rubber lines suitable for fuel. and also the same for the hose clamps. they have ones just for fuel lines.

got all that taken care of and am now starting to remove the harness. everything is going decently smooth. there are 3 wires going towards the transmission. are they the wires for the tcc lockup? if so how should i go about keeping the lockup?

Re: 3 port afpr?

so we got the swap done and running and got all of the transmission stuff taken care of but there are a few questions. Did you guys have the transmission shift differently after the swap? ours seems to shift high in all gears (3k rpms)

What carb are you using?

Did you use a TV cable geometry corrector bracket, or just hook it up to the bottom of the throttle arm?

Did you readjust the TV cable?

its a demon street demon. we actually went through 2 of the throttle cable brackets because we bent one. we really didnt want to mess with the tv cable but we ended up adjusting it ourselves last night and it seems to be okay. just a little irritated that we paid $300 just to have to readjust the whole shebang
