I need help I have an 85 firebird transam 305 4barrel carb I've been working on and I swear she just wants to die. I went to chamge oil/scape out and clean the pan and took bolts off pan to clean just to fimd out theres no room to pull the pan off without pulling the motor.but i got a new gasket on ect and thats un related to what i need help with lol just an example on one of the many roadblocks.it hasnt been running besides cranking over for a 10 15 seconds and dieing which is when i realized there was gas in oil.But I keep fixing each problem.she has a rebuilt motor with Low miles on it and its in verry good shape. My latest problem is that I have gas now being dumped or dripped I'm not sure the exact amount but into my oil pan.I know there's gas also in my vacuum lines.Ive read that a bad diaphragm in a fuel pressure regulator can send gas back into the vacuum line?I can't find anywhere online were the location would be for one or it has one in general.Thank you in advance for any help I seriously appreciate it!

Carb cars always get that. It's not meaningful. (unless of course, liquid gas flows out)fuel in the vacuum lines
OP: carbed cars don't have a fuel pressure regulator. Can't be that.

Fuel can get into Vacuum Lines via the Carburetor...
Internal leak or incorrect adjustments can allow Fuel into Vacuum Lines via the Carb.
