Hey all, I'm interested in buying a 3rd gen manual car, 5 speed or 6 speed conversion t-top car. Can either be Camaro or Transam/GTA. I'm in Massachusetts so it must be relatively local. Any one have a car for sale?

 

After that I live in CT, so I can work with you. I am also getting a parts car for any little pieces I would ever need. Comes with a cherry extra interior *grey*

Cool. Is it a Firebird, Transam, GTA? Also, options, condition, color etc? Any pics of it. Not sure if I mentioned this, would prefer a v8 5.0 TPI or 350 TPI conversion. Thanks for the post. Let me know.

 

Red TPI 5 speed 5 ltr. All power, t top trans am front (door gfx will be here tues). Putting in an upgraded cd player and pioneer interior speakers. have a brand new set of tires for it, just need to mount them. Currently have 2 grey interiors for it, and I am in negotiations to sell the holley stealth ram i have for it. I have a short throw shifter in the mail for it, and will be putting a 3 inch cat in to match the back half of the exhaust. has flowmaster exhaust with dual tip, a tow package (i know, but it is functional)
currently has 125k on it. If you would like, I have sourced a parts car that only needs a trans to go with it. Picking it up from jersey tomorrow i think. Figure it can be good to have the little parts, instead of having to find them.
The drivers and hatch lock do not work with key, SO i have a complete new set that I am installing next week. Car is decent, but I am a perfectionist, so I nag and bitch about things that others just take for granted. I want to fix these little things before i would sell it to you, because I dont like people getting hosed. Has only one spot of rust, and I will be fixing that before it leaves my driveway.
I will send pics when my brother gets back with it... (his car broke down...likely story)

BTW, if you couldnt tell, I am about to get off active duty,a nd the base I am on has no garage, so I have a lot of parts that I wanted to upgrade. The parts still work, but I like the nicer looking ones.

 

Ok thanks for the response. So you plan on having the car completely done? Or is this going to be a project car? You're going to be putting it together right? Just want to make sure I'm clear on it. Yeah when you get the car and have pics, send them my way.

 

But I prefer to fix any discrepancies I find, rather than passing them on. It isnt a project car, but then again no car is ever done. I had plans for a HSR 383, with a t56, and doing the audio real nice, but i think I may get an iroc or maybe a 4th gen.
I should be able to get you some pics tomorrow, it has been real crappy up here this week, so pics have been an issue.

Ok cool. So is it just a firebird then, and you're adding the TA GFX? Or is it a TA? Just curios.

 

With TA front, GFX and soon, rear bumper. Will try to get pics today, just stopped raining. Also has black GTA rims and trans am tails..
Re wired most of stereo with thicker gauge wires, since the stereo puts enough power out to require it. Has a near new pioneer system in it. Will also have a 500 watt amp with 15 inch sub next week..

 

Getting a 140A alternator and brand new battery.
For some reason I cant get the pics on this board, They are in my aol profile usmc3782. Sorry this is such a hassle, technology and me don't get along too well.
Btw I will be getting a new aerowing. and these pics are with the seat covers it came with. I have the all grey stuff, just haven't been home long enough to swap.
