Hi, just got a vert, and I am joining the vert club.

The vert's got a 305 TPI re-built 20K miles ago.
Tranny has been serviced etc.
New top, paint, fuel pump, pretty much everything. Great condition.

I had a 91 bird years ago that went away when the kids came into the picture. I have been toying with the idea of finding a convertible to work on. I have always wondered how much space there is in the trunk for audio gear. If you could get a nice picture of the trunk that would be great.

Well, the rear trunk is really composed of the rear well and thats it. I will snap a shot for you tommorow.

Today I stripped the car and got it reall clean. I was toying with the idea of finding Recaro seats from early T/A's and swaping them for the 92 E.T. looking seats.

Really, if you had one of these seats out you will realize that they really look like E.T.

I drove it to work this morning and I finally got stopped by someone who said, "They didn't make many of those convertibles, did they?" I proudly said, "Nope. 663 in 1992 and 555 in 1991." Believe it or not, it was a chick! But she was driving a VERY nice 99 Grand Prix GTP, so she might have known her Pontiacs. She wasn't very cute, though. She had a mu-llet!!!

(I had to put the dash in there 'cause for some reason, this board won't let you spell out m-u-l-l-e-t ... weird.)
