With all the extra panels that come with it, it's worth $1500. But I would advise against restoring a Michigan car. It's going to be rusted EVERYWHERE, not just on the panels that you can see.

if you do go to look at it, look at the floor if the floors heavily rusted dont get it. it would also hesitate me that it come with all those panels.

$1500 hundred seems kinda high for a roller vert that needs body work. For about $500 more, you can find a southern car with a motor and trans that is in better condition. Just my opinion.
