AC Blower from 4th gen?

I did a search and couldn't come up with anything. Well, there was 1 thing, but there wasn't a definitive answer on this.

Anyone know if it is easy, or even feasible to replace the AC blowing unit from a fourth gen and put it into a thirdgen? I can barely feel anything at all. I want ICE freaking cold AC, with a blower that can litteraly freeze my nose off when its on full blast

Id like to know too...I can barely feel the air coming out of my vents. And all the blend doors are closed off like they should be.

How do you know if the blend doors are sealed up like they are supposed to be. Mine seems to work properly when you move the indicator to the different points. I tried putting a shut-off valve in the heater line, but it still doesnt stop the warm air from coming in the cabin. If I leave put a bypass in the system to eliminate the heater core, then I get cool air. My air cond doesnt have a chance of working with trying to cool that much outside air. To me (not knowing a lot) it seems that maybe one of the main doors maybe leaking or not sealing properly. Any help?

i have had the entire climate control unit apart and checked it while changing the heater core. turn on the blower and fiddle with the climate control switch. feel for air escaping from every door and see if excessive amount of air is comming from where it's not supposed to? lots of fun i re-sealed all the vents and tightened everything back up .

the temperture of the vents is of no problem to me. i get 38* vent temps . only the amount of air comming through the vents is inadquate to me.

My AC was ok there for awhile, but never had quite enough thrust to push the air out of the vents. Probably one reason for the problem is that I am in Australia and bought the car after it had been converted. The steering post goes right thru the heater box. I had the box sealed under the hood and that helped a bit for a year. The temp of the air seemed cold enough, but never with enough pushing power. I sort of think the AC is having to do too much work to cool the incoming air. That is one reason I was thinking that one of the doors is not sealing properly. I suppose the whole dash has to come out and can I do it. Like I said when I bypass the heater I get cool air and with the original set up I get hot air. Thanks for responding.
