Does your setup have the dual fans or a single? If dual, does one fan come on? How about turning on the ac, does that stimulate a fan? Let us know. Also if you have dual fans and the secondary is not coming on, it is set to come on at a pretty high temp. over 225*.

Try some searches to find more explanations. About the only advice I can give you is to look for voltages in critical areas and make sure the fan switch is operating correctly. Try not to forget about the manual switch or you will have a dead battery on your hands.

so you changed the coolant temp sensor? or the gauage sender?

if everything works with the switch, you have the switch hooked to the the ground wire of the relay right?

then for some reason the coolant temp sensor isnt getting the temp so the computer can ground the relay and turn on the fan at the certain temp the computer is set to..
