I believe the bolts are 10 mm. Doesn't the RS already have an air dam? If so, you should already have what you need.

My car did not have an airdam when I bought it. I just used some nuts, bolts, and lock washers I found in the shop that fit the holes on the car. Doesn't really matter as long as they fit...

If nothing else, hit a bone yard. Actually, you could have picked up the dam and the hardware there for next to nothing.

i looked at a couple junk yards, all the camaros they had either had no air dam or some busted *** ones. i ended up going with 5mm bolts (the holes in my car were like 5mm, but the holes in the air dam were more like 10mm), and some washers to fit the air dams large hole to the car's smaller holes. thanks everyone.

Air Dam bolts and bracket

I have exactly the same problem with one added twist. The person that fixed my car didn't replace my air dam, so I bought a new one. Only to find out that he had also removed the piece you attach the air dam to! Can anyone tell me where a good place might be to start looking for the air dam bracket (I'm not sure if that's what it's called)?

Thanks in advance. Denise

Umm, what?

The air dam should bolt underneath the radiator core support. That is a structural piece of the car. It is not removable...
