Another Nubie Sorry, Need fan swich connection help!

I just bought one of the hypertech low temp fan switches. i installed it, mostly. I is supposed to be really hard to tighten in?
I got three Quarters of the way and i cant get it any firther with my rench i am off a little so i have to get my friends 21mm. I am afraid that i may have cross thredded it or is it supposed to be hard. i also know many people put some kind of lock tight on the threds i didnt because i didnt have any. I this bad will it fall out? Also will this make it harder to bolt in.

Also the cable that came with the switch has the connector for the sensor at one end and a female clip at the other end. My problem is that my old sensor clip shatered when i took it off and there is no visible connector of any kind male or female around to disconnect it at. I am not sure if it is inside the heat protection housing or where it is but i can not get it connected right now

Please help

Need any more info to help just ask me and i will post it.

Thanks,
Raptere

Thanks, if I get it in sooner than someone replies ill tell ya how far/how tight it went in. I believe you would use thread sealant on it, not locktite, antifreeze comes out when you pull it right?
