Easiest/quickest waterpump install?

Everyone keeps telling me to do different things. What would be the best way to make my life easier?

Wouldn't you at least have to remove the drive belt?

yea use a 1/2 inch socket prybar on a little thing with a spring on it. and take the drive belt off then you take off the bolts and hoses. you do not need to take off your alt. or anything else.

i took my air intake off, lossened the water pump pulley, took the belt off, took the pulley off, unbolted the hose to the pump, unbolted the bolts to the pump, cleaned off the engine block, used some sealer and new gasket installed new one and then reinstalled the reverse way.
