if your looking for one i have the old compressor that i took off my car, i'll even throw in my old canister and an 8oz bottle of the oil the compressor needs. i'd be cheap too but you'll have to pay shipping.

I used a new compressor, reciever drier, and orifice tube because my old compressor locked up. Flushed the evaporator, and the condenser and lines. I've heard of people using the conversion kits, with the oil, and valves. They just evacuate the system for 30-45min and re-charge the system with pag oil and r-134. I'm kinda partial to flushing out the r-12 oil just to avoid trouble. Be forewarned though, it's not going to blow as cold as R-12. Not unless you upgrade some stuff.
If you do convert to R-134 make sure you get the "variable orifice tube" from factory air. I did a R-134 retro used the stock orifice and it blew...literally. After the change it dropped center vent temp 15 degrees.

Perform a search, and you might find that you want to investigate different options than R134A.
EDIT: I also forgot to mention a different expansion control / orifice tube setup.
