Lower Temp Fan Switches 4 sale Cheap

Just wanted to throw this on the cooling forum too...

What's up ya'll? Let me know if you'd rather buy them out straight in a group deal (atleast 20) than through eBay. Feel free to write and ask any questions. Thanks,
BIGJerm

I fixed the link. Ya'll let me know something. What do ya'll think about these? Any feedback at all on what I can do to sell them will help. I've sold quite a few (all customers so far are extremely satisfied) but business is kinda slowing down. Like I said, if about 20 of ya'll get together and decide you want one, I will knock about $4.00 off the price of each one. Thanks

That appears to plug in the "heater hose" port right?

Well I just got it this weekend, put it in and I am now running at a nice even temp. The part is simple easy to install, although on mine I cut the Knock sensor wire before realizing it wasnt the fan plug. I just cut hte green and white wire at the fan realy and spliced in there. On mine, 86 305 tpi, the fan switch didnt seem to be anywhere I could see under the car, but under the air cleaner at the relay was easy and works just fine. I would recomend, it is nice to not have to watch my temp gauge and turn on the heater at a light on a hot summer day.

I may be interested in something like that.

My car never went over 200 degrees up until today. I was idling at a traffic light though for about 5 minutes before I could get the go and by that time it went up to about 220 degrees and I was thinking to myself, its going to overheat on me.

But as I moved on a little bit it went back down to 200...its probably because I let the car sit out openly wide in a parking lot for about 10 minutes...

But cooler is always better.

I'm VERY interested but a little confused. I tune my own chips and have my primary fan set to kick on whenever I want but I've ready that the secondary fan is not controled by our ECM's but by the switch which IS on the passenger side under the exhaust, and of course it's also kicked on by the A/C.

Anyway, I'm not understanding how this switch works? Is it not for my application? Does it only control the primary which I have already set in my chip?

Thanks!

Alex

I dont know about dual fans, on mine it is just controled by hte switch and the realy, no ecm. You might email the guy who has them, is pretty good about getting back, but his computer has been down for a while now and has been taking him a day or so to reply.
