air flow ?

I have an oil cooler infront of my radiator with a gap of about 1.5 inches now that I have removed the stock (A/C) condensor. Will this effect the way either the radiator or oil cooler work? Should I remount the oil cooler closer to the radiator? I don't know enough about air flow to figure it out myself. I haven't notice any big difference in temperatures yet, but bot of my fans come on at 195 now too. Any thoughts? Thanks, Daniel U

Are you taking the 3rd or 4th gen? What's going on with the IROC's MAF? My cars running rich (about 113 BLM). I'm waiting to put a new o2 sensor when I get the header back from JET HOT. I hope it's an easy fix. Be glad your single and you have no wife that's jealous of your car(s). That's part of the reason I'm not in Tahoe right now. I was given the option to choose between her and Tahoe. I love my wife and suppose I need to reprioritize. At least I got the headers sent away. I supppose all of the work I have been doing to the IROC over the last few weeks has made her feel less important.

What CFM do you have currently and need for your 383?

i dont know but arond 5300 rpm the maf is maxed out reading 246grams/sec. so im afraid what will happen when i put the twin 58 on there and also a high flow non stock intake.

So a stroker motor needs more than an aftermarket TPI can handle? I had hoped to do a 383 stroker and still have a "Stockish" intake. Kinda like a sleeper theme, ya know?

cant confirm for everyone, just myself, at higher rpm im trying to pull my air then the maf can register, and physical pull through that maf unit.
