i'm lost! realy! please help.
ok guys, i thought that i had found the cooling fan relay but i'm not sure if its the right one so i got some pics 4 u 2 show me the real cooling fan realy,


hey can any of you please tell me where this white wire goes to, cuz the previous owner was tapping into this relay looking thing with a switch inside the car and i would like to reconnect it to where it should go. thank you very much in advance

I thought the cooling fan relay was the one on the firewall by the brake booster, the relay had a blk/red and a blk 10 or 12 ga wire to the fan.

Cooling fan relay
I'm not sure about the other wire. That looks like the fuel pump relay; but as far as what the PO hacked, iunno. Find another hacked white wire and hook them back together in an un-hack-like way, I guess.
It's amazing sometimes how a little software (image processing) goes a LONG way.... this was Paint Shop Pro. Cheap and highly effective.

That should be the fan relay, although I've had another member on this board claim it was the fuel pump relay for his model/year. Not confirmed.
Easy enough to cypher out. Just do a continuity check between the relay leads and the hot wire to the fan motor. It will be one of the two thicker (larger guage) wires on the relay. One will be constant 12 volt the other will be the lead to the motor.
