spark advance programing VS base timing..
my scan tool has what it calls. SAP -> spark advance programing from the computer. which im not sure if its the current timing. or if its the advance of the base timing. like if it says 15*. is that 15* BTDC. or is it 15* + 6*(base)= 21*?
