Please help, Problems with 950 Commander Install

I have been trying to get this commander 950 installed in My IROC and cannot get it to fire. I am not getting spark. I have changed the entire distributor so I know this is not the problem. I used Holley's wiring harness to install it and also used the holley adapter for the small cap distributor. Is there something I have to hook up specially for the coil to fire? I do not understand why I am getting no spark.
Thanks
Tim

On the engine parameters screen do you have GM HEI checked? 8cyl? Port injection? If not go back & recheck all these with the key in the run position. Make sure it says at the top of the windows header "ECU Data".

Thanks Rick, I know they parameters are correct, but I will check to ensure that it says ECU data in the morning.

614Streets, the pink wire on the coil has power when the key is on, What is the white wire for? I am curious as to what these wires run to. I did not know if the old computer somehow fed either the pink or white wires on the coil. Also, sometimes when trying to get spark, I would actually get a spark when i let off the ignition, meaning when I turned it from start to the run position, but I have never gotten any spark when the engine was turning over.

Thaks for the responses
Tim
