1227165 ECM Help
ECM had a bad processor bought a refurbished ECM 122 7165 put my memcal chip in bought a new battery the car started right up 3 times the check engine light stayed on it didn't give me the 3 blinks and now the car wont start and the new battery is at around 8 not 12.5 so I did a draw test on the battery and it has a .18 draw on the battery what should I check next

Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt Torsen 3.70

Battery is dead. Find the draw.
If the CEL is on. Check the codes.
