EBL Flash 2 Wide Band

So I am new to tuning, just recently got myself the EBL Flash 2. Its going on a stock 89 Corvette with a SN2000 blower. Wanted opinion's on what wide band setup is preferred and who's running what. I've been eyeballing the AEM 30-0300. Description says "0-5 V and RS232 output for data-logging and feedback control"". Is this what I should be looking for? How about the Spartan setup from 14point7 ?

I have limited experience in other wide band sensors so I can't really give you pros or cons by any means.
I have eblP4 and use a zeitronix zt-3. Works well so far.

I will check them out thank you. And with this ZT-3, you wired it into one of the ports on the EBL ?

Thanks for the info. I’ll most likely go with that unit.

Did you have to run a splitter? Or is there a wire provided that allows you to tap into the ABC channels separate from the gauge?

Re: EBL Flash 2 Wide Band

The zt-3 has it's own module and splitter to send a signal to the ebl and the gauge that came with it.
I purchased a bundle kit that includes a gauge.

Re: EBL Flash 2 Wide Band

I went with likely the same bundle as aliceempire, the ZT3 and gauge. Zeitronix seems to be one of the better brands, that's all they do. I run a EBL Flash 2 on a twin turbo small block and it works fine. If I remember correctly the Zeitronix is even in the drop down menu for WB's on the EBL..

Re: EBL Flash 2 Wide Band

I have been using the AEM 30-0300 for several years and am pleased with it. I chose it mainly because I had limited space behind the dash where I wanted to mount it. It is permanently installed and I am still using the original sensor. The Inovate WB I had before had to be recalibrated often and I had to replace the sensor several times.

I keep hearing the same bad things about Innovate.
