No spark, no fuel, no ses light

Car: 85 iroc
Engine: 350 tpi dropped in
Transmission: 700r4
No spark, no fuel, no ses light
I started the car and ran it for a few minutes then turned it off. Tried to start it again and now nothing. Didn't change anything just hooked up a vacuum line that was disconnected. What would be the cause of all of those combined?
