Headers Glow red.......>>>>....ouch!!!
My headers glow a dull red when I leave the the throttle cracked open at about 1500rpm in neutral. I have the Ford 30# injectors set up in the BIN file for 32#. Could this be the problem?? My combo is in my signature.
What tables modify the part throttle air/fuel ratio?

Messin with the MAF has fubar'd it's calibration.
With that being like that, it's anybody's guess where your at.
try tuning it for normal situations first.
High idle in neutral is not really a Normal Mode of operation.

Usually glowing headers comes from unburnt fuel burning in the pipes. This is normally a sign of not enough timing, although a way off fuel curve can do this also. What does the scanner say?? Blm's should show way off. Real radical pump gas motors will do this on the dyno at lower rpm's (pretty cool to watch) even when they are tuned pretty well, as the efficiency at lower rpm isnt good enough to burn all the fuel.
JPrevost, thats a pretty wild picture. We had a whipplecharged pumpgas boat motor on the dyno would do that also. Everyone in the building had to go see it with the lights off. BTW, what induction is on that:??? Loks like some kind of IR EFI?
