What does all this sensor data mean?

I did some quick runs to log some data, just a cruise around the block. Now I've got this pile of data and I don't know what anythimg means. Where can I find out? Using WinALDL

There are way too many things to just go through. Do searches on 'em and you'll find anything you could need to know. But trying to use notepad is insane, use a spreadsheet program and you can graph things and sort things, etc

Um, no, i was doing 56mph. If you look at the raw:mph problem it says 56mph. For some reason 56mph becomes 90 "speed" under the sensor column, go figure

I use excel XP, I just posted in notepad because it wont let you attach excel files

Wow, my BLM values look VERY messed up, they fluctuate at regular intervals from 0-256

Your BLMs are between 125 and 131 bust mostly at 129-130.
What do you have a question on because nothing is really all that confusing. BLMs and INTs tell you what the ecm is doing with the fuel tables from input from the o2 sensor. BLMs above 128 means the ecm is adding fuel, less than 128 and it's taking away from the tables. INT is the same thing only more fine tuning (worthless with TBI). Everything else is what it says it is.
IAT is the intake air temp, CTS is coolant temp, MAP is vacuum, volts is volts, etc.

Yeah, I wish there was a help guide somewhere as to what all these values mean. Searching the forums is pretty hard :/
