I just got the pocket programer and tuner cat and am going to burn a chip for my 89 k1500 GMC (specs in sig below).I was going to start out with ARAP. Any suggestions on changes I should make to ARAP for my application? Any better bins I could try?

Ok, It's a 89 GMC K1500, 350 w/ 86 tpi and 165 computer, 10.3 to 1 comp., 1.6 roller rockers, 89 iroc roller cam,headers and free flow exhaust, jacobs ignition, Trick flow heads, descreened maf. I know I need to disable the csi to run the arap bin. Any other suggestions?

 

Ah, gotcha. Disabling the CSI is just disconnecting the electrical connector and securing it out of the way, you can later buy a plug set to cap the fuel rail fitting and cover the hole in the runner plate.

Get set up to capture ALDL data and see what's happening, tune accordingly, and it should be a real puller.
