That depends.

There is a minimum amount of FP you need for WOT.

If you have an AFPR you can. I wouldn't go below stock.

13.5? Are you TBI then?

I would try adjusting the VE tables to take out some fuel. Because if you turn the Fuel Pressure down, you are also taking fuel away from your pump shot aswell as wide open which is something you may, or may not want/need.

What are your duty cycles like at top end?.
If they're ~70% then I'd add fuel with the chip until into the mid 80s or so. And then raise the F/P, if necessary.

And, worry about the low end as a seperate issue.

how do i check the duty cycles
it is the stock chip with this setup

its a 88 k2500 with a 350 in it. i have a comp cams extreme energy cam grind # xe249h-12 this cam has 206 212 duration at .05 lift (I/E) and .434 and .444 inches (I/E) of lift. i also have edelbrock TES headers, a holey projection intake, holley tbi unit part# 502-6 with the 65 pph injectors and 3 " exhaust to the muffler (flow master 50 series) and then duel 2 1/2 out the back and last and least the crappy stock swirl port heads. the truck is about 5500-6000 punds with 33" tires and 4.11 gears.
