Super 8d Rev 3/3/04 help

Hey Traxion,

Let me start with saying thanks for all the great information that you and other have provided on this board! I've learned a lot, mostly that I didn't know as much as I though, since I've started coming here.. now..

I'm using the Super 8d Rev 3/3/04 mask and the tunerPro program to modify my stock 350 bin.. I can't seem to get your website to load for the super aujp bin...and I've got a couple of questions:

on the constants tables:

I'm using a lower temp thermostat, 160 degree, so should I adjust all the constant temps to correspond with the lower temps that the car will be running.. i.e. highway mode, stay alive idle, IAC min learn temp, etc

On the flags:

switch 17: I do not have dual egrs, and I want to disable the EGR anyway, if I uncheck the EGR flag, will this disable the EGR?

switch 18: I do not have VSS, i think, and want to disable this.. will unchecking the box disable VSS?

also, I've only got one fan, so is that controlled by the constants for fan 1?

thanks for any help!

I am not responsible for a 'Super 8d'. I only did the Super AUJP Binary. You are talking about the 8d ECU.

Right, I was actually asking about the super AUJP bin as well, but I can't seem to download it to compare it to the modifications that I have done in my stock 350 bin. Could you possible email that to me?

thanks.

Get what to load? Be specific. I can get to the webpage and download the bin just fine.

I get a "host not found" error when trying to access the web site. I've even tried just www.bescaredracing.com all by itself without any luck. I then tried a google search for it, without results too.

There may be a firewall problem at your end. I was able to access the site earlier and just now down loaded the bin.

Ok. one other question then. I'm looking to burn this bin to my chip, a 27C256 or 27C512 chip. I am still a little confused on what the starting and ending addresses are supposed to be. Can you enlighten me?
