i am trying to burn a bin, but am using pocket programmer 2 and dont know what my chip is...its out of an 86 305 tpi and has these numbers on the chip itself 1606, BLDP9309, 980, 9300, 2305, and on the side of the housing is 68767-93140 2...anyone have any idea as to what this is, or a list that would help me figure it out?

Reading it isn't too critical, but programming it, always start with the lowest programming voltage so you don't mess it up.
If you only have one memcal your kinda playing with fire, I always have a fall back position in case the ship dies or something goes wrong.
