off idle stumble

Im on my 5th chip with my new engine, its still rich.
But I noticed that when going in stop and go traffic, and you go from idle to small amount of throttel, the car stumbles a bit. (tps 0-1%)
I whent from a TPI setup to a lt1intake so I wounder if this could be AE trouble? When I go WOT fast from 2000rpm and abow I got NO hesitation. Its just on low rpms.
I dont know what tabel to work with when it comes to AE, could someone guid me right..

Thanks..

Yes, it is AE. Tweak the "%AE change based on Delta TPS". That is for small throttle openings. The delta MAP table is for large throttle openings.

Is it possible that you are just feeling a lack of low-speed torque on tip-in? The LT1 style intakes are known for rough idle and some surging below 2,000 rpm.

Thanks Trax.

I got "AE delta TPS multiplier vs delta TPS" is that the right tabel to play with?
And should I increase or decrease the values in order to add or take away fuel?

I drove a friends LT1 camaro ( manual ) and did not feel the same behavior as I experince. I do feel the lack of low end torque compared to my old TPI setup, but this "must" be something else.

cheers

You might not be getting the fuel quick enough. The LT1 intake has a much straighter shot to the cylinders than the TPI intake does and the initial surge of air hits the cylinders much quicker.

I changed the 'AE delta TPS vs delta TPS'. That helpt alot. But I think my AE is fading away to fast, what tabel is that?

Thanks

Its a tabel called "AE decay factor"in tuner cat, anyone played with that?

Thanks

You could be fighting the delta TPS threshold required to trigger AE. Also adding VE in the low RPMs above idle MAP isn't all that bad of an idea, since little time is spent there.

When I increased the low TPS setting in tabel "AE TPS vs delta TPS" it got alot better, so I must trigger AE somhow..
What I would like to do is to "extend" the extra "burst" of fuel. Perhaps VE is a wayto achive this. Will try that.
Next is timing..

Thanks for att the tips so far..
