Craig Moates is the best!
Craig just spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me to troubleshoot a USB connection problem (which was because of my computer), giving me an AutoProm tutorial, and providing me with lots of great tuning tips and direction. All because, and I quote, he "sold me a black plastic box for $325 bucks".
Customer service like that, in this day and age, is extremely rare. Craig went above and beyond the call of duty, and I was completely blown away by his knowledge, patience, and friendliness.
For those that have dealt with him, I'm sure this is nothing new, but I wanted to share my experience with the rest of the DIY group. You won't find a better guy out there!!

He's definelty a good guy. He was helpful even with my pittely order a year or so ago. Told me exactly what I needed for what I wanted to do (only about a 150 dollar order). You should post your response in the Aftermarket Vendor Review forum so the rest of the community can get a sense of what it's like to deal with an A+ vendor Thread Starter

Yep ! ! !
We've got a lot of great folks in this DIY forum, but Craig and Mangus and Z69 rank up there with some of the best you could ever know.
