The problem is that Pocket Programmer is a DOS program and having problems with the directory name greater than 8 bytes long.
I created a directory called "BINS" within "EPROM" that Pocket Programmer uses.
So I just type \EPROM\BINS\ Exactly like that AND remember to end it with a "\" too or it will think it is a file (For a lot of people it has been a long time since they worked with DOS...or they never have...its a good way to see how old someone is).
Then it will display all the bins in that directory. I just move my bins from my "working directory" to the C:\EPROM\BINS\ directory prior to leaving Windows and restarting in MS-DOS so I can use Pocket Programmer.
