calling Magnus: X&Y still common numbers
as is stated some time ago the VE tables X and Y axis and the vertical scale (deg, RPM, etc.) are showing same numbers. my EBL.bin data seems to be functional in those fields. it reflects data i had in prior 7747 bin with exception of the expanded VE tables. using Prominator and EBL(8746). i also tested prior edition of TP with 7747.XDF and a 7747.bin and have same issues. that tells me it is not EBL related? i uninstalled all of tunerpro and tunerpro-rt including definition files. i left my EBL.XDF and EBL.bin in "my documents" undisturbed. downloaded latest edition of TP(08/2006). same issue. VE Learn shows proper labeling of tables. i believe the EBL.bin is being seen by ECU as i get the flash of CE with ign on and then a steady CE. CE is on always however? i did disable the IAT function in .bin. i have no idea why a CE?

For the CE fire up the WUD and display the Malf screen. It is under the 'Display' drop down menu. That will show which device the ECM thinks is bad.

The CE issue might be something else. The axis labeling issue is an XDF issue. You (or someone) need(s) to input the correct axis labels for the table. Quite a while back there was an import bug in TunerPro when importing ECUs to XDFs. This has since been fixed. You may need to re-import from the original ECU.

Even easier would be to make sure you have the latest XDF direct from dynamicefi (RBob). The versions of these files that I have don't show the issue you describe. Also, if I understand correctly, your ECM number doesn't matter if you're using EBL. All EBL-supported ECMs become the same ECM with EBL installed; they use the same code and definition.

Can you please post screenshots of what you're seeing using the same EBL XDF and (STOCK!) EBL BIN? Just so we're on the same page, go download the latest build of TunerPro here:
