How keep TCC from unlocking

How can I keep the TCC locked. When I let off the gas it unlocks and as soon as you press it again it will rev for like half a second then lock again. It seems like this is bad for it and it wont get as good milage like this. In my bin there is only lock and unlock speeds but it dosent seem to stay locked when I edit these is there a constant or something I need to change. On a stock transmission how much pressure can I put on it. It seems like this shifts are hard but thats only under about 3/4 throttle. Above that the shifts feel like they where stock. Do I need a servo?

On most ECMs there are coast unlock TPS% settings. Setting these to 0 will prevent the unlock. Then a DFCO unlock option bit. Knowing which ECM you are using we can be more specific.

For the shifting it all depends upon which gear to which gear is involved. Tranny board has some good info on that. Sounds like the line pressure is low. May be the TV cable isn't properly adjusted or the boost valve assembly has an issue.

I've had the same problem before and it was because the BIN was incorrect for the gearing. What ECM are you using and what did you change on the car before this started happening.

Well its not a car its a truck 95 1/2 4l60e 350. I think the ecm is the 7747, but thats one good question, that is the number on my ecm though although I though ecm numbers had more numbers. Im using the OD defintion file to tune in tunerpro.

Actually your ECM should be 16197427, the PCM that we talk about on here. It should have Red and Blue connectors on it. It will probably also be Broadcast Code ID BJYM.

It looks like the def. file doesnt have all the e-trans TCC thresholds defined. There is a lot more then what they have showing in the file. I cant say which constants youd want to edit, though, as I havnt gotten that far yet in the code.

There are two def files I can use. Theres the V1.02OD then thers the just OD. Another thing I dont get is that in one of the def files there is no switches, and the other there is, but they are all like Diag. error codes. Why would that be in the switches, does it turn on that error code?
