Tunning an LT1 with TunerPro
Hello Everyone,
I am tunning a 93 Pontiac with a LT1 in it. Could someone advise me on what XDF file I need to use for tuner Pro to see it?
Thanks
Trever

Re: Tunning an LT1 with TunerPro
I have downloaded the mask $da3 and burned the chip that works in the car. When I go to read the saved bin file in Tuner Pro RT Nothing comes up. I previously changed the injector flow rate to 35 and now when I read the chip in the Burn 1 and put it in tuner pro the injector flow rate reads 0.00 so I don't believe it is not reading the chip. Any suggestions

I'll be the one to say it...this is a website for 1982 to 1992 Fbody's. With that said, you're probably not going to find many answers to your question. Its not that we don't want to help, but many of us just don't know... I'd try www.ls1tech.com which has alot more 4th gen fbody info... I think www.z28.com is another good one... Good luck though!

I have tuned a 1993 LT1 and it IS $DA3 and you must have a .BIN for a 92/93 LT1.

Re: Tunning an LT1 with TunerPro
I think there is something wrong with my burn 1 First the chip gets really hot when you try and burn a chip and it never used to. Also if you try to erase the chip and then do a blank check it fails and says chip is not blank??? Last if I load a bin file to to the buffer and read it it looks normal. If I burn it to the memcal put it in the car it will not start. if I then load that file to the buffer and then read the chip and verify buffer to chip it does not match even after I just burned it. Also the chip I just burned only reads ff I think it is my burn 1 finally died
