PROM Intro links down?

I am wanting to learn how to do my own TBI programming so I started reading the Guide on EPROM programming and hardly any of the links listed are working. Especially the most important ones. Such as www.diy-efi.org the website is no longer up. I was really getting into the guide when I ran across many links that are dead.

Is there an update planned for https://www.thirdgen.org/promintro thread or am I up **** creek on learning this cool stuff?

Re: PROM Intro links down?

The first link is the one I am talking about the intro to prom programming page off the first link has a bunch of links that don't even work.

https://www.thirdgen.org/promintro try all the diy-efi.org links they are all down that actually teach editing the bin files and all that. All the intro information seems to be gone. How am I suppose to learn and get started if the links are all dead?

I haven't checked out the second link you posted yet but I'm going to do that now. I just wanted to mention the beginning steps of that guide or no longer available.

Not sure if that site is what the OP desires.

Seems like a respource for experienced tuners.

I realize there is different material here that covers the same stuff or similar. I was mainly disappointed that Grumpy's stuff was all dead. I've heard a lot about him on the forums and I was really looking forward to reading his programming guide. I didn't mean to come off as an *** or anything of that sort or demanding certain material.

Was just wondering why the guide wasn't updated with current links or maybe even pointed to the same material else where.

I dunno why I didn't think to check a web archive for the content thanks for the idea. I found what I was looking for.
