New Camaro looking for some guidence
Hey guys what's up? I used to have a 91 TBI setup that I went carb on because of tuning and computer stuff. Got rid of it and fast forward a couple of years and picked up a 91 TPI from a buddy. The car has afr 195's, HSR, lt4 hotcam, 1.6 rollers, full headers and exhaust and is on the stock tune. It obiviously runs like crap that is why he gave it to me for a grand. I could not pass up the deal and am determined to either learn how to tune or go aftermarket.
So far I have read all the tuning threads and read some threads on EZ EFI and some other systems. Everything I have been reading says stick with the 730 and learn how to tune. My problem is that I don't know where to start.
From what I can gather I need to start buy purchasing a aldl cable and a wide band setup to install, but honestly from there I am lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I am thinking of purchasing a piggy back chip from brian at TPI chips just to get the car running alright. Thoughts on that?
Thanks,
Bill

Re: New Camaro looking for some guidence
Alright guys got me a chip burner with a usb cable. I downloaded tunerpro and tunerpro rt. Which one is better or should I say easier to use? Also I downloaded the .ads file and the super_8dm2.ecu file. Is there anything else that I need to get this rolling? Also can I burn to the stock chip or do I have to buy aftermarket ones. I re read all the stickies and am going to start slow with chip burning like recommend, ie turning off speed limiter, egr and stuff like that. Any guidance would be awesome. Thanks guys
