Minimum LV8 to Enable Power Enrichment

I'm starting to look at data for my 165 ECM. One of my settings is minimum lv8 to enable PE, which is set to 20.

The weird thing is that almost all of my <50% throttle data shows LV8 much higher than 20, leading me to believe that there's always some PE going on. Any thoughts, comments, or experience? What are you other MAF guys running for this?

thanks

Minimum LV8? Funny, I though it was Minimum TPS to enable PE on all the hacks/TDFs I've seen.

Looking through the BUA hack, I think it's supposed to be minimum DELTA LV8. Still trying to find exactly how it's used i.e. delta in (presumably) what time-frame???

The table you are referring to is just another factor in enabling PE...and since LV8 is actually a derivative from the TPS...it really is based on TPS too.

But, if you look a little harder, there is DEFINITELY a Power Enrichment Table based on %TPS and RPM - just like all the other GM Bins I have checked. It took me just over 3 minutes to find it in the BUA hack.

But, if you STILL can't find it, I will give you a hint - look around LC60E.

I'd venture a guess it's % change in one loop of the code. There are several loops that run, so again that would effect what the time frame is. This is again where fully commented code matters ALOT.
