VATS module swap
My key switch on my 89 Firebird broke yesterday (I couldn't turn the car off!), so I swapped out the one from my parts car (same year). For now, I have my old key switch hooked up to the VATS leads under the column so I can run the car, but since I already have the other module, can I just switch them? Is there anything else I have to change?
And the module is that little 4 wire box on the drivers side kick panel, right?
I figure why should I spend $20 -$30 on getting new keys made if I already have all the parts...
